Rare car, I bought it as a leftover 2008 in 2009. The least reliable car I've owned by a long shot, it was a miserable ownership experience. It was a shame because when it ran well it was a fun vehicle - 3 pedals, NA 4.8L V8, great exhaust note. Just a ton of electrical issues - fix one and another one would pop up a few weeks later.

Well, you’ve certainly convinced me not to hunt one down. But there’s something about a manual SUV, it doesn’t even have to be a particularly sporty one, that really appeals. Sometimes I think about tracking down a manual X3 as a beater.
