Oh, totally. One of the 'side effects' of retirement - Because I don't often have to do things anymore; I've become something of a procrastinator (aka lazy sod).

Well, that's just it: I've come to conclusion that I do. When I was working, I was always active: Cycling to and from the office, 'desk hopping', crawling around under desks threading cables, lifting servers in and out of racks, and even just walking to the shops to get some lunch, to name but a few. Now I mostly potter around the house doing what I want, when I want, and only if I want. ... It ain't good for me and I need to change my 'routine'.

That: I can't argue with.
