Legs started feeling better just in time to come down with a nasty cold. Finally feeling back to normal and getting back into it after 3 weeks.
Got a new scale, side by side to the old one it weighs me about 2 pounds heavier. It’s probably more accurate. So I’m at 206.00 exactly as of Saturday. Wasn’t as strict the last few weeks and while I don’t believe I necessarily gained, not a lot of progress was had.
But feeling better and back in the swing. Things are looking good.
My Apple Watch seems to have no option for “indoor run”, but for the sake of easing back into it I walked 3.5, ran (6.0mph+) 1. Don’t feel too bad.
