Just hypertrophy really. Pb lifts come with that too, largely. Volume is key of course though.

    3.33 Mile Walk: 452 Calories
King Sized Snicker Bar: 440 Calories.

    ...I hate it here.

Good news though, I'm at the lowest I've been in probably 10 years -

Right about 47 pounds down now. Had a cold this last week and a half and didn't walk. Was feeling much better today and back at it...at 19 Degrees Fahrenheit. LMAO Amazing how much one can still sweat in this weather. Tuesday walk around the lake scheduled with a friend/coworker. Can't wait.

I appreciate it. It doesn’t honestly feel like it if that makes sense? Clothes fit better/etc but I sometimes don’t believe the math. The fact that’s about half my total goal feels a little daunting still.

BTW the reason that screenshot says “9.2 pounds lost” is because in early 2022 I set a goal on it and then gained instead of lost. Lol

I usually weigh myself dressed like the day I was born before a shower. (So I don’t have wet hair giving me an extra .2 or something. )

Understood, I lost around 35 lbs at one point and it did not feel as significant as expected.

Trust the scale, it doesn't lie!

32°F. Not bad. I don’t care. Though if it dips too far into the negatives I’ll drive to the YMCA. So spoiled there.

Did 2.79 miles of walking and 1 mile running on a treadmill. It was fantastic.

I’m sort of wanting an overland sheepskin coat. They’re $1,500.00’ish dollars. I don’t want to be chunky when I get fitted for it…

Does shoveling snow for an hour+ count?
