    Walked it off last night.

Swimming here in a bit after breakfast followed by some hot tub.

Oof, glad you are ok. Hope it does not linger!

Just things like I never used to do ass to grass squats but now I do etc

But yeah I am eating loooads, and creatine, and I sleep minimum 8 hours a night.
Thanks, will check them out! I never considered juice, but do not judge. Will admit, it is a bit frustrating watching friends accomplish 2 years of work for me in 6 months lol

A study a few years back saw noobs put on 10lbs of pure muscle on juice WITHOUT WORKING OUT. Annoying. But, I like my balls as they are

Had to cut back a bit due to muscle soreness but back to the usual routine now. Also - only 3 kg away from my target weight of 75kg. So I lost 32 kg (70 lb) since this time last year.

Took a few days off to make sure I was fully recovered from my meeting with the asphalt. Was experiencing some pain in both knees. But nothing too major.

Tried to run as much as I could tonight. Not as good as I once was, but getting better.

It’s 33°F tonight. Worst part was the beginning of mile 2 where I was wishing for my wool fingerless gloves. Next time for sure.

Freyja and I ran the mile at the Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving in 11:45. I was more or less keeping pace with her. Felt good. Was 26° when we showed up.

Brisk walk this evening at 23°. Not as fast as the last couple times out I think because I was wearing the Red Wing Loggers and not my Kenetreks or Hokas. Or maybe the cold. My Apple Watch said my respirations were higher than normal on this one.

    Dunno.

Kudos for braving the cold! Impressive feat in itself!

Beginning to see extra size all over which is nice. Creatine, as much food as I can eat, lifting heavy and resting loads seems to be working. I'll save you pictures that include my nipples so you'll just have to take my word. I'm maybe 2 kgs up on my starting weight, though I'm dubious about that as a yardstick.
