    I also made these pretzel buns. Not to step on your toes Henry but I love them too. I finished them with charcoaled salt crystal from Cyprus. Mild and delicious These are extra small, slider size. Hot Montreal smoked meat, sautéed sauerkraut and Swiss cheese with dijon.

    No pictures tonight as well, but a simple meal of NY strip grilled to medium rare on a gas grill with cherry wood smoke. Himalayan pink salt and pepper encrusted. Vegetable medley in the oven using some infused olive oils, and a "mashed potato" mix made from cauliflower. So yes, this is what you would call a low-carb meal.

    I ate plantains once 20 years ago (well, 20 years and about 10 months). It did not go well. Haven't had one since.
