More of the bread. This has the best crackle I have ever managed on a plain ordinary French style sourish loaf.
Jerk seasoned pork rib roast, fire roasted, with a guava rum habanero glaze.
Not shown- pumpkin rice and a really dry and minerally Canadian reisling. Delicious with the fruity jerk pork.
