    OMG!
There's nothing important to read here.

Oh man, yesterday was an off day - but today, after supper I have to hit the gym. We got slammed with 3 cm of snow last night and today, so outside biking is out. I'm thinking an hour of weights and 30 - 40 minutes in the pool should about do it.

"I will live a thousand years..."

I love that his culture still makes it possible for people to think in this way.

Hitting the weight room has payed off over the last 3 months, still placing some cardio in there 2-3 days/week. If all goes well I will be in my best shape since high school (when I played three sports) within the next two months. International work travel will set me back a tad, but it will be a fun challenge.

If I didn't travel so much, I would be in much better shape as well.

And post baby, my rock climbing partner (Mrs. M) also doesn't go climbing with me anymore, so that's been another downer.

In any event, today was chest day in GST. Progressive overload with bench, deads, incline BB, dips, skull crushers, chest fly, and weighted decline situps.

My bench is still abysmal when compared to where I was just a year ago, but hopefully, it'll get there soon enough.

My bench isn't great either. I can squat 120 and deadlift 130 but only comfortably bench 85 (though that's an 8 repper vs 5). I need bigger pecks!

Absolutely glorious autumn day here, cycled about 30km and it was brilliant.

I hope that's kilograms and not pounds.

In any event, for bigger pecs, I would recommend chest flys, incline/decline bench, and dumb bell presses (more reps, less weight, to failure).

    That's tonnes, mate

Yeah I do lots of bench and only recently heard that high reps = mass, which I didn't know...
