Had guests for dinner tonight. I served chicken nuggets, chips and baked beans followed by vanilla ice cream. After dinner entertainment has mostly revolved around seeing who can get their tongue furthest up their nose.

Tomorrows dinner? Green chorizo sausage tacos with avocado aoli and homemade Oaxaca cheese, refritos especiale. and probably some guac and chips, as a whole bunch of avocados turned ripe at once.

Not that I can speak from experience (because Mrs Bot is at home most days and always back an hour before me she tends to cook, but I am capable) but it's not down to talent as much as just choosing an exotic recipe, buying the ingredients (which can be expensive) and just following the steps! Not rocket science.
