Virgin Atlantic Upper Class is quite reasonable.....

I'm usually more bothered by the eating environment than the food itself.
Although admittedly, I usually eat before getting on the plane and I typically arrive in Hong Kong at a meal time. Around the corner from my place is one of the better local roast meat joints so I usually go caveman when I get in.
I can't actually remember the last time I ate on a plane; was it a slightly over salted duck confit?

When I was single and back to cooking for one I used to enjoy tinned haggis and tinned mushy peas - cooked in the same saucepan but kept separate - then splashed with vinegar when warm.

I don't think it was this brand but you get the general idea!!

Usually accompanied by whisky and marlboro lights.

    Chicks dig rough men.
That is, men who can rough it... and live to tell about it.

We have haggis once a year on Robbie Burns day, and a local scottish grocer makes them on request. And even at that I generally don't prefer it. In Edinburgh last year I saw that tinned haggis in a window and brought some back for my old man, and instead of leaving it on his shelf as a curio as intended, he went and ate the damn thing. Anyway, I took note of the event, and will use it as ammunition for when he protests the need to be put in a home.
It is now my duty to completely drain you.

Just to show how much I have changed since my tinned haggis days, it is marinated then baked tofu tonight. The kids were begging me to let them take it for lunch but i stood firm and insisted they wait until dinner tonight.
May have to do a second batch tonight as 2x16oz blocks don't go far in our house.

Had guests for dinner tonight. I served chicken nuggets, chips and baked beans followed by vanilla ice cream. After dinner entertainment has mostly revolved around seeing who can get their tongue furthest up their nose.
