Climbing is a fantastic sport. Ever since my shoulder injury, I haven't had a chance to do as much climbing, which is unfortunate.
For many, many years, I climbed almost every weekend.
In any event, I finally hit the gym after ~5 months. It felt great. My lifts have all gone down, but hoping to get those abs back in the next six months. Hitting Greece in June and Portugal in September, and would like to look halfway decent in photographs.![]()
