My new under armour boxers increased my deadlift by 20kg! Maybe. Despite warnings from, well, everyone that my ass is getting too big and that I should take it easy on leg day.

Are you complaining that your legs/glutes are too muscular?

    I say keep squatting

Well, I guess this could go under either FOOD or FITNESS.
It's certainly all about TIME though: Circadian rhythm.
    Interesting article.

Just got my climb on. Indoor top roping, but it was hard work! Most fun.

Two hard bike rides in two days. First back to back for me for almost a year since my off.
Maybe I'm finally getting my mojo back :-)

Climbing is a fantastic sport. Ever since my shoulder injury, I haven't had a chance to do as much climbing, which is unfortunate.

For many, many years, I climbed almost every weekend.

In any event, I finally hit the gym after ~5 months. It felt great. My lifts have all gone down, but hoping to get those abs back in the next six months. Hitting Greece in June and Portugal in September, and would like to look halfway decent in photographs.

Start running for 20 mins a day. It doesn't really matter how fast, at first. Pick up the pace and time as the days go by. You'll see it start to go away.
