    Nope
Lentil casserole - Works out at only £4.50 each. Equally, I can't hear risotto without thinking snow !

No pics I'm afraid, but had a lovely bit of salmon tonight, just grilled with new potatoes and simple veg, but it really hit the spot

Not a big fan of Kale, but when you put enough soup around it, it becomes pretty tasty.......

I make a kale soup with Italian sausage and canellini beans. It's a winter staple at Chez Hank.

Dude, kale is the sheat! I love that stuff, very versitile. Soup is certainly a favourite application of mine. But also sautéd hard it's great on its own. I sometimes make great chips with it in the oven: no frying required. I soak it in very salty water and put it on a rack in the oven until they are crispy chips. The water evaporates in the process, leaving a nice saltiness to them. It works the same in my food dehydrator, but takes less time.

No, wood chips for smoking and/or pimento lump charcoal for the grille. In my opinion it is the single most important ingredient in jerk.

Ha! Sorry, by 'sauce' I meant source, as in what is your source for pimento wood in Canada. I've never seen or used it before, although I have certainly eaten food made with it.
