Thanks - only my ego is bruised. The guy was very businesslike about it. It didn't land on me, I just couldn't lift it back off. Lay there for a good 30 seconds looking around like eerrrr...anyone?

    Ruined my sets thereafter!

He lifted the 85kg like it was a feather and deftly placed it back on the rack. With a grunt.

KG's......that is your problem. If it would have been in lbs., you would have been fine

I have got my weight down to where I wanted, so I started working out with a friend today. He is quite a bit stronger than I, and he has a pretty standard regimen. Looking forward to the results of two months of this!

Good man! Keep it up. Or down...

I did a chest session at lunch then ran 7.5 miles yesterday evening. Another workout at lunch today, then squash after work.

Horrible sinus headaches from the chlorine up my nose swimming. Time to buy some nose clips. Never would have thought I'd wear nose clips. Oh well.
