I'll let you know in 4-6 weeks.

The Edam was dry enough to oil and officially start the aging process. I am going to eat this very young, so I am going to try this with just a vinegar wipe and then a coat of olive oil.

    Dry weight of 700 grams.

Thanksgiving in March. If you truly like Turkey, why not make it more than once a year?

Everyone probably needs a little less salt and sugar in their diet so I bought a bottle of seasoning called Garlic Pepper. The first 2 ingredients are salt and sugar.

But if there are other ingredients too then inherently there can't be as much as pure salt or sugar.

So I've been buying high protein pasta (18g/100), cos normal pasta is like 5-6g/100. Its not cheap.

Today I discovered normal, just high quality pasta, that is 14g/100 and like half the price of the high protein stuff. And tastes better too.

Thought I knew everything about pasta. I was wrong.

Nobody knows everything about pasta. Not even Giovanni Abrizzio Federico Pasta, the directdescendent of the inventor of pasta.

Turns out that this is bs. But, I do now know, after some research, that

The word "pasta"*originates from the Italian word "pasta," which translates to "dough" or "paste".

I wouldn't have looked it up were it not for your lies so, thanks!
