Is that what you do? If so, does that work well for you? Or has the Apple watch largely supplanted your other watches?

My solution over the years, since the early days of FitBit has been to wear a tracker24/7'on my opposite hand. I went from FitBit to Garmin and now back to FitBit. The Charge 6 is basically fine for my current needs. And it does help motivate me to move, even when I'm not officially "exercising".

    Apologies. I missed this.

I wear the Apple Watch only while exercising, or while "out and about" on weekends when I want it to pick up my walking activities. If I'm in a store sometimes it's easier to answer a text or call from the wife on my watch, and the control it gives over pandora on my car's radio is useful.

I'm developing a love/hate situation with it. If I weren't in to watches, I could see that easily becoming an "only" watch, much like it has for the wife. (Who owns a very nice mother of pearl dialed citizen, which she never wore.)

My Longines Legend Diver sits on a winder in my bedroom, and I have to make a decided effort to wear that a couple times a week. Between Exercise, and my nerdy fascination with the weather, my Mudmaster and Ultra II are catching the most wrist time. I have several that haven't been worn in months.

Yep. Sadly, this is what I expected. I have too many watches in general and too many I want to wear. I can't lose so much wrist time to an Apple Watch, cool as they are.

So I've been unable to exercise or do much for about the last week.

Put up a Trampoline for Freyja on Sunday, and ever since I feel as though I've pulled both my hamstrings. Not aware that I've overdone anything, but it is properly painful to stretch out just to put my boots on. Also felt like I had what I might call a "flare up" with my ankle over the weekend as well. I'm super confused. Went from running to struggling to walk?
Not a doctor but rest up mate. I get injured all the time - comes with the territory. You'll heal. It's frustrating but you'll get there.

Rub out the soreness with a roller. It really helps.

    Appreciate it.

This has been a very frustrating first few months to the year.

My conditioning is poor, can't deny that.
If I have been working in the garden or the yard, bending at the waist and back up numerous times, I will get sore glutes and hams. I assume it's a micro tearing of the muscle. Happy scrappy knows more about human muscle than I do. Rest and massage is all you can do. How long it should take you to recover, well who can say.
