Also, I've purchased a beard trimmer on Amazon. So for the foreseeable future, I'll not be paying for haircuts or beard trims.

Down to 219.4 as of Sunday. Finally into the 2teens.

    You can do it!
Having your own clippers is great

How odd. If I walk the treadmill reads higher, if I run the Watch reads higher.

I've never found the data generated by these various gizmos to be 100% accurate, consistent with one another or even internally consistent. It's rough justice, to be sure. That said, for the vast majority of people who use this stuff (including me), rough justice is more than enough.

I feel the most accurate is outside with my apple watch. The Ultra 2 supposedly has higher/more/or upgraded gps units in it compared to base model apple watches. Though I trust the treadmill more indoors, because that's a mechanical connection, and the disparity has been fairly consistent over at least 3 different treadmills I've used in the last few months. (Two different Y's, and my neighbor's.)

Much of my neighborhood doesn't have sidewalks at all, so to go around my block, 70% of it is walking in the street. There is a spot, where one has to walk off of the sidewalk/driveway and into the street to continue around. My apple watch picks up that ever so slight westward bump when I do. This makes me feel it's probably pretty accurate outside.

When I did the outdoor Turkey Trot back in November, my watch registered something like .92 miles...supposed to be a mile. Heck if I know. LOL

Pin in my house, red line is the parts with no sidewalk. There's a reason why I have front and back blinky LEDs and a very powerful flashlight when I walk at night. Though lately I've been pretty spoiled. Going to be doing primarily treadmill until I'm sure my ankle is back to 100%.

120kg squats - my pb I think. I was never strong at squats. 1.25x bodyweight. Deads are 2x 1rm. Gonna get back into benching to see where I am with that but it won't be any more than 1.1x currently. You boys?

All very solid sir! Glad the lats can accept it

I had to do the math, currently at 1.8x squat, 2.1x dl, 1.4x bench

Essentially at goals for bench & squat, aiming a bit more for dl
