    You're killing it, @Mediocre!

I was able to squat yesterday, some tempo reps at 145kg without a belt. Back is doing a lot better, but it's not 100% yet.

Pretty sure it's covid. Couldn't taste and my usually pretty minor tinnitus that I got when I first got covid is... Loud.

What a pain in the ass. Take good care of each other, try not to buy any watches in your diminished state

Thankfully my diminished bank balance wouldn't allow such things! Or indeed my diminished desire to buy watches. It wanes every day.

    Thanks!

145kg unbelted means the back is doing well! Glad to hear!

What makes a 2 mile walk pathetic? It requires intention and dedication that many lack

I’m just being grumpy about my injury. Frustrating considering what I was doing just a few weeks ago. That said, I’m thrilled to finally be moving again.

Properly Balmy in Lincoln. At least compared to my hometown. (Which I’ve not visited in over a decade. )
