    Excited to say I managed a personal goal of getting back below 230 lbs without shedding strength. Now to try to keep from putting it back on in the new year lol

    Nah, honestly just look like a desk job dad that exercises a bit. Most of the time I squat or dl some random person asks me "was that a PR?", because they assume it is more than I have ever done before

    To support my above statement, my squat plan today topped at 385 lbs. Lots of new people at my local gym due to new year.

    Some guy I have never seen before started a convo and assumed it was my PR

    Impressive. Ass to grass? Belt? My squats have never been my strong suit - never even tried above maybe 120kg. Will do this year though.
