Glad the crown repair worked out. Looking forward to seeing your wear pics!

My next subject for wrist review: a pair of Fortis B-42 pilot watches. Today I am wearing the Mars 500 special edition, black PVD Titanium and bright orange lume. It's a showy watch, and comfortably lightweight. The size (44mm) made me want to sell it off, but it's actually really cool.

Too many watches, not enough wrists.

Here's the other Fortis B-42, this one the more standard white lume. Also Titanium, also very comfortable. Also 44mm x 13mm. Such a nice watch, everyone should have two of them.

Especially considering that I am quite happy with vintage 34mm Longines or Air-King. These are really nice watches, and the Titanium is comfortable and lightweight. But how many watches can a person wear? This friend was a bit kinda slightly addicted.

While I agree, it's been great seeing you trying larger watches. You should definitely keep that Grand Seiko GMT, because there are a lot of people (including myself) who will be very disappointed with you.

Once in awhile you get shown the light in the strangest of places if you look at it right.

Yeah, I have a fraction of that amount, and it's still probably too many to avoid feeling like I'm neglecting some of them. It's why I only bought two watches in 2023 and only one this year (due to arrive shortly). There are a number I would sell if I had the energy to deal with it, but not the ones for which some here might stand in line.
