don't you just hate incompetence I had a eye appointment April to do with a lateral canthus been starting to come a problem the last year or so so had to fight the local gp to get it done on nhs well had it sorted to go April for a pre-op to see what was need done and was told would have the op in 4-8 week .. by this point it is an issue cause sight blockage on my one side ...
well with my dad being ill and various other problems I put it to the back of my mind (did not realize 6 months had past ) so had to spend several days chasing numbers to get to the right department only to be told they did not know a thing about it, so had to get them to loop round to the doctor who was suppose to be the one I pre op with ..well their secretary they said it was all good to go so had to loop back to the booking dept and well they was saying they had not received anything ..
anyway still no real apology but said they would email the other dept.. any way they got back to be to say they would do it this Saturday at 08.45 ( going to be fun to sort out parents and go at this time ) ..but still no sorry the woman I spoke to confirm appointment was very curt and sharp it was you take this and we are doing you a favour or that was how it came across mean ..I was quite and polite from start to finish but the last one felt like saying to them hang on one minute do you realise you have majorly cock up here and I could be making a right scene so change the attitude or I can start complaining

So frustrating, fingers crossed procedure goes well and someone comes around with an apology when you arrive!

Once in awhile you get shown the light in the strangest of places if you look at it right.

If I have to live somewhere with seasonal changes autumn is my favourite. It used to be winter, but I am over that.

Really beautiful.
Seasons are great, aren’t they? I remember when we had all four. Were pretty much down to two now, though.

Autumnal is a great word, especially when combined with bosky and crepuscular.
