Bmw used to renew my warranty at £795 a year but I'm at 70k miles so it's £2k now. No thanks. I've had so many problems the lack of warranty is making me worry. The reason I'm looking at a supra is due to the monthly payments - £650 or so - similar to what I currently pay. I can get a 911 or cayman/boxster for £44k but the monthlies are huge - like £1k a month so they're out. Supra is 2022 with 3k miles on and has a 100k mile warranty if serviced by Toyota main dealer every year.
Test drove this yesterday. It drives great, playful and twitchy, great gearshift, and looks fantastic (fake vents notwithstanding) but everything else is worse - it's cramped as hell, like driving in a coffin, zero visibility (like the original), not a convertible, worse interior, the volume button makes me wince when I touch it it's so plastic, the sound system is even worse than in my m4, the engine is so quiet... But I do kinda want a new car.
Can't get this one as, incredibly, someone did the 1st service at a non main dealer so warranty is out. There's a nice subtle yellow one nearby though that's cpo...
