Thanks! It wasn't that fast actually. I had 110 kg around October/November maybe and had already lost around 5 kg till Christmas (normally I gain weight during the holidays). So when I went to the hospital in January I was already at around 102 to 103 and have since lost another 5 kg. I hope to keep that up and maybe end up at 80 at the end of 2024. Since I will have to keep the fitness routine up now anyways till the end of my days or as long as my body permits at least, I hope to keep a more healthy weight in the future.
    Cheers, Sedi

Strong pulls. 30lbs bar, 30lbs chain weight, 390lbs plates?

Some chain squats from earlier in the month here. Buffalo bar, 318lbs bar weight (I have old non-calibrated plates), 55lbs chains each side.

What is the point of chains? I have an idea but I want a proper explanation.

Progressive loading. Lighter in the hole, teaches you to drive into lockout.

    Through choice though

Plus you don't need to exercise - you have an emira to take you where you need. More fun than running.
