    I'm eating a bit rustic tonight. Local sausages with a few different local mustards (we are huge on mustard around here, we have so much mustard...) purple and red roasted mini potatoes with cilantro pesto, and broiled brussel sprouts with local bacon.

    You're missing out. One day I want to do a cheese one to start, oil for main then chocolate for dessert. I've done the outside two before, but never the trinity.

    Well I had a whole steak, 5 roast potatoes and mushrooms, asparagus and bread...dipped in cheese. How can that be worse than the former not dipped is cheese?
