It's bloody hard being 100% - loads of beers for example are finished with fish gut to clarify it - wtf! Only a few aren't.
I kinda thought you would be. I'd make them for you with agave instead.

Boxing Day tradition at Chez Krinkle. Stay in, watch a movie eat charcuterie and drink bubbles.

Not that I've ever looked into it, but I imagine vegan parm might be one of the better non-dairy "cheeses". Also in caesar territory we found a vegan worcestershire sauce that isn't really worcestershire sauce but is quite good. The absence of the anchovies is really apparent, but if you don't eat them it does a fair job.

Some things are better even than the real version. Believe it or not I actually preferred this one soy ice cream to dairy (vanilla, specifically) even before I vegan. Alas however vegan parm is okay, but deffo not better! Cheese will be a hard win.

I thought this Tofutti cream cheesealike was pretty decent, but I agree, hard cheese is gonna be hard to copy
It's the final countdown! PM me before they're all gone!

Oh Geoffrey, you might be interested in this. I just discovered dry roasted edamame. Very nice crunchy peanut-like snack that's veggie friendly. And cheap, too. A 4.4oz bag is $1.70. They're so filling that goes a long way too.
