Sublime investment. I've had about 49 pizzas out of mine in a year. Hard to get a crispy base though actually - I often still finish mine on a frying pan.

So first attempt went ok.

Had trouble lighting, I was using natural fire starters (torch en route from Amazon). Think I had too many pellets.

First pizza crust was underdone. (Have a laser thermometer en route).

Second one came out much better once I got the fire going good.

Wife tried a cauliflower crust pizza, but it needed a pre-bake that we skipped. Crust was mushy, toppings very good.

Give myself a C- for the first attempt.
