    I freely admit I have never had lobster and chips.

    There's a place Mrs. K and I go in Jamaica that serves lobster roasted on an open fire with a mild jerk. That with maybe some green rice to cut the richness, is my favourite way to have lobster. It's my preferred method here at home now.

    So far my favorite lobster application has been on a baked potato. Just CKL but still pretty good.
