Basically a deconstructed Spanish tortilla. I made tortilla earlier this week. Started with some bacon and olive oil, rendered with onions, added slices of par-cooked potatoes, paprika, pinch of nutmeg, salt & pepper, garlic, then blend in 6-8 eggs. Finished in oven for 30 minutes. Yum! Your version is a lot quicker.
Too many watches, not enough wrists.

Mine is even slower than yours I put the potatoes in the pan raw and use the moisture from the onions to help them cook.

    Another great dinner

We had another great diner. Made some sneaky pics as it was not really a place where you should be spending time with your mobile :-)

Needless to say I really enjoyed it. I will try to find out what the dishes actually were, I should have some info on it somewhere.

    It does rather.

I had this on Wednesday - sorry for the potato pic.

Crispy egg with mushroom pate (which was amazing - tastes like black pudding), and hake with squash and ravioli. Very tasty.
