Unless you just mean playing with miniature cars/bikes--certainly I driven a few of those through miniature buildings (although not in the past 50 years or so).

Ha. I've never been much of a video game fan (generational thing, I think) but that looks like it would have been fun...back in the late 80's early 90's (want to say 94
I added a link as the first one was in 91 then they did the second one in 94 and a few more and I do believe that they have just released a version in the last few years as a come back

Such silliness. Why would you race a cafe? You’d always win—cafes are cemented in place.Don't hate me but I want to build a cafe racer.
