    I never get excited about sushi (like I do about, say pizza, or fried chicken), but I always thorough enjoy it when I make it.

    I do tend to either add way too little, or so much wasabi that I cry like a lost child.

    Very pleased with this. Never cooked fresh udon (fat) noodles in a pan, or frozen seafood. All times perfectly - rather like wagamama yaki udon, but also kinda not.

    Where I live until the last decade, frozen seafood was always the better choice. There's enough demand now that it is pretty easy to acquire good fresh seafood.
