    That's a pellet burner. I looked at one of these recently. I think they are very efficient. I can't disagree with this choice, or the notion that a thousand pounds is steep for just making pizza.

    I looked at that very pizza oven today as well as at another smoker. We thought we might like a smaller one,but didn't care for a number of the features, or lack of them.

    The $2500 smoker looks really good...
