    The day after Thanksgiving cranberries went on sale. Half price of the week before!
    I just put up 3kg in the freezer. The 2kg I froze last year weren't quite enough.

    I'm finally feeling well enough to cook again. Tuesday I cooked some double cut loin chops with cranberries and tangelos. No pics, it didn't last long enough.
    This morning I made a Carbonnade Flamand. It's simmering now for a few hours then I'll let it cool and then I'll reheat some for dinner.
    Red cabbage with apples for a side and If have the energy, I'll make some speatzle to have with it.
