    Asian fusion when in Stockholm on Friday
    Started with sashimi (salmon, tuna, mackrell, scallop, reindeer, beef)

    Lobster tacos with pineapple salsa

    Beef, kimchi, diakon, sesame

    Venison, hazelnut brittle, salsify

    Coconut cream caramel, pear-ginger-shizu sorbet


    Few other dishes as well not pictured. Best was a chanterelle toast.
