It turned out awesome. Duck breast was cooked a bit under, then sliced and finished in a pan with a glace of soy sauce, honey and sriracha.

Funny how almost everything gets better wrapped in bread of some kind

Been a while since I posted here...

Went and tried the Jakarta branch of Osaka Ohsho (it's a Japanese restaurant serving a killer gyoza <dumplings> and chahan <fried rice> and Chinese foods)



Mapo tenshi rice (basically white rice covered with egg and served with mapo tofu (tofu in gooey sauce with meat and some scallions)



Pork dumplings,chicken katsu,prawn dumplings




Dessert dumplings filled with choco and cheese (kinda weird...)

The food presentation looks okay but the taste is different than the ones I had in Japan

The milk is 4 days out of date (still tastes fine) and needed using. I haven't had cereal of any kind in literally 3 years maybe.

Everything tastes better on a charcoal bbq. Especially steak.
