    Yep. Great for lasagne. I used to do the same for Mac cheese but nowadays I prefer it sloppy on day 1.

    No, but it looks like it could be. It is Mahi. Most of the fresh fish we get this time of the year is Yellow fin, Mahi Mahi, and Wahoo.

    Some double smoke bacon or even pancetta would be fab in that.
