To be honest, this thread is full of amazing food! I am pretty stoked to see so many people doing so many cool things with food. I have enjoyed perusing this thread immensely. I almost never cook at home since I cook at work. Thank you for having me. I hope to outlast any Troys that have preceeded me. Have a great day.

I don't how some of these guys still have time for anything else the amount of food they make and presumably subsequently eat.

My culinary efforts pale into insignificance when I see some of the stuff on here. I couldn't eat half of it.

There are at least two things wrong with this...

There's two .... three things wrong with that .....

1. It's not cooked Incorrect. It is cured, cold smoked, hot smoked and finally steamed.
2. it's on a bagel Yes, proper boiled ones.
3. you have gherkins on the plate No, I have garlic dills.
