    I went to make chicken piccata last night and realized that I picked up chicken thighs instead of bossoms when at the market. Bummer.

    Yes, but piccata should be light.
    I'll use the the thighs later for jerk or chicharrones.

    I was just all set for piccata with saffron rice.

    Nice bit of rib eye actually, but alas it tastes of absolutely nothing! I stopped adding salt for fear of my kidneys. Also the sauce is hollandaise! Do you think that's a mistake? It tastes like one. Chips and peas were crap. But, nice juicy bit of steak so... I'll live.
