Worst meal ever. Well, up there. The wife, bored of cooking fresh and cleaning up every night (I do often clean up to be fair, and sometimes cook), ordered 8 ready meals from this fancy new place www.everdine.co.uk. They were healthy, which is why I have them a 2/5 on Google. They tasted of absolutely nothing at all which was a feat, really. Healthy food can be tasty... this was not. Bleugh.

This one was nice actually - orzo pasta, goats cheese and greens. I added the chicken, and lots of salt and pepper.

A version of gochujang chicken on a crispy fried rice cake and, yeah...choy. I have found a new local source for Asian cabbages and I can't get enough of the sesame charred choys.

I love to grill choy on the bbq. Helps keep it from being too 'wet'.

You'd be welcome, but it's Friday, so it'll be pretty simple. Probably grilled char/salmon/halibut, salad and flat bread. A big salad for sure.
