I did. I tend to go pretty dark on the roux if it is sausage or game too. It looks good Colonel!

I do have Lagouile steak knives and a carving set, but no, these are super cheap knockoffs that we bought for outdoor use. I think they cost $12 for 8 place settings at The Bay.
