Honestly, I don't know. I think it's a kind of tea, but I don't recognize the spices on the nose.

There was some discussion about that, but nobody actually asked them...
Best guess was they have some sort of heated mold that the kiss was pressed into.

Similar, but with Clamato juice. Most Bloody Mary's now are knockoffs of Bloody Caesars which are knockoffs of original Bloody Marys.
