Actually, I love Brussels sprouts. Unfortunately it's one of the things I shouldn't eat anymore.

Sauteed with caramelized onions and balsamic vinegar is one of my favorites.

They are pretty much the only member of the mustard/cabbage family I don't like. In fact, they are one of less than half a dozen things on my "I don't like" list.

Go-to preparation for me is a to give them a heavy sear in bacon fat, almost to the point of charing. Then serve with bacon and perhaps a touch of honey..

I've yet to meet a sprout I don't like, and Brussels sprouts are among my favourite veggies. Halved and grilled with other veggies, seasoned properly will turn any unbeliever.
