    well the toilet took way longer to do then hoped thought I would be able to get in and paint over a month ago but you know what builder are like .. but saying that having it ripped out to bare walls then having the floor ripped up then a dpw floor done then the skim then the water re-plumb to have a small sink include (never had one in there before ) so had to plumb in a hot feed then had to have the walls cover in plaster sheet and skimmed and then had the toilet sink fitted.

    then the plumber had to change some of the piping so some of the plastered had to smashed out and then replace .then the door had to be re-framed and jointed to open out and from the other side so we could have the sink then the lighting and vent done floor re-tiled before toilet went in so now .. at the point when I can take over and do the last of it ...

    but took longer than wanted so got to get a lot done in a short time ..oh had to have the tiler baton the walls to do a single run of tiles around the centre of the walls and now got to patch where the batons was (which I did seal a few places with sealant and what not and paint) so got the first coat and is starting to look good but still got a lot to do
