Correct. Terrible photo but I was hungry. Chillies and cheese make everything better.

Potato skins are the best!
My son invented the potato hot dog:
1) scoop the flesh out of a baked potato and mix with cheese and eat it
2) wrap the skin around a cooked sausage and eat it - amazing
