Confirmed from the owner - no bacon was harmed in the making of bacon salt (why it can be kosher) and apparently all natural flavorings... which probably means smoke flavor and sugar. Good to see they have a sense of humor (if not apparent from the foam bacon suit worn by the owner.)

Trader Joe's sells a 'bacon popcorn' that has no bacon in it either. Probably a similar combination of spices and flavorings.

The issue was the maple-bacon crumble rim. The maple was too sweet and ruined the taste of the martini.

To me, there is no other kind.

Were it some other kind, however, I'd have specified. If someone says "martini", I assume gin. If someone says "vodka martini", I assume they need to be schooled in how much better gin is.
