    Hull
    Burnley
    Sunderland (or maybe Swansea)

    Top 4:
    City
    Liverpool
    Chelsea
    Arsenal/Spurs

I don't think Spurs or Arsenal have strengthened enough. Arsenal has the better team on paper, but both teams lack depth. Spurs in the Champions League could be a challenge they're not up for and I think it could torpedo their season, but with Arsenal's lack of depth at striker or in defense, I think they're poised for a watershed year that may be too much of a collapse for Arsene Wenger to bear. Boring Chelsea will probably be back, enough to get them into the top 4. Liverpool has strengthened really well and lacks European football, and the last time they did, they took it to the photo finish. Quality, belief, and a real manager....they may well make a title run. City under Pep might be a scary thing. I think Mourinho will lose the fans fast at United; they like to see young players come up and get a chance, and with a waning Rooney and many youngsters out for loan, another aging striker being brought in, and a new world record signing to share the midfield with Mhkitaryan, the Temperamental One is one tantrum away from losing serious face.

    Bottom 3:
    Swansea
    Burnley
    Hull

I can't do a top four. Could be any of seven, I reckon: Arsenal, Chelsea, Leicester, Liverpool, Man City, Man United, Spurs.

The bottom three, probably Burnley, Hull and Swansea. Sean Dyche might ensure the gritty survival of Burnely, Walter Mazzarri might not be the right man for Watford - in which case...

Hard to believe that John Stones and David Luiz are the two most expensive defenders in the world...

£47.5m for a defender that can't defend, its crazy.

You wouldn't pay that much for a striker that can't shoot, so why do it?

De Bruyne is a good bet. I had him at one point and then transferred out to spread the wealth around.

I know, right? Most of what I see of Stones is just hype. He probably has room to improve, but that's a lot of money for a player that needs to improve. City is making a habit of big money CB transfers who don't pan out. Which is a shame, because I think Otamendi is one of the best CBs in the world.

Whoa, Pogba is only £8.5m. That's less than Mane.
