Really subtle and really delicious: Thai coconut and green banana curry with cod loin. I am a fan of green banana as a savoury accompaniment.



The banana was about a day too ripe, but because of the coconut milk it didn't matter. Who's fault was the not green enough banana, you ask? Why, it was lazy Hank's fault. If he'd cooked it on Wednesday like he initially intended...

Please forgive my dumb question, but what do nigella seeds taste like, or do they have any taste at all?

Just curious as I see them listed in a number of recipes, but never tried them before.
