    Does rather. I've only eaten at one Michelin star place - lunch at the Dorchester - which was pretty chilled really. Going somewhere next Sunday though ...

    Very cool experience Brian, and the food does look excellent. The scallops look divine. The beef looks so evenly cooked, I would guess it is sous vide.
    It is now my duty to completely drain you.

    That would be my guess, too. I have never seen anything so evenly cooked before. It looked and tasted perfect.

    In America? I've had everything from broken femur to MRSA to open heart and never saw a meal that nice.
