It is pretty hard for me to pick a favourite meat, but if pressed I might pick red meat birds such as pigeon, pheasant and duck. Yeah, I know, that's three different meats, but all somewhat alike.
Duck is quite good in my book. I've eaten dove that I shot, but I am such a poor shot that I gave it up.

Duck is amazing, but it is easy to ruin it. It could contend for favourite meat in the flavour category, but I wish it were more versatile. I also love grouse but I've never prepared it at home/in a proper kitchen. I have endless numbers of them on my acreage and they are easy to take. Simple to prepare and very nice on an open spit.
It is now my duty to completely drain you.
