Homemade Chicken Parm, well sort of, we cheated on the sauce. I usually make a big pot of sauce in the colder months (still too warm now), but when we get store bought sauce, we still "customize" it. My wife put in spices. garlic, and chunks of tomato to enhance it.

Literally one of the best stir fries I've ever had. Made by yours truly! Sesame oil was a lovely touch. An egg would have topped it off perfectly but you can't have egg on everything, right?!

The birds were delicious. Pulled from the brine, rub all over and under the skin, then butter on the skin.
