    Good pie though?
That's exactly what it reminded me of, and I can't stand Seinfeld.

I hear the pizza is the best in the country.

Roasted green summer butter squash with kind of a french onion soup broth (cheese, caramelized onions, etc) in the bowl, then placed in a red marinara sauce with mushrooms, capers and fresh basil.

You eat everything but the rind.

Really pretty good actually. Was expecting a typical squash/fibery consistency, but it was very smooth, more like mashed potatoes.

I am lucky to have great restaurants all around me and like to try new things.

    Went all Indonesian food today

Nasi ulam (rice cooked with coconut, pepper spices, served with eggs, green beans, cucumbers, fried shallots and grilled beef)

Bestik Jawa (Javanese styled beef steak)

Asinan buah (sliced fruits in a spicy soup with chili, sugar and vinegar)

Bubur sumsum (I don't know how to explain it in English LOL)

Wedang ronde (sweet ginger soup and ground nuts filled colorful glutinous balls)

Forgot to snap my dinner which I bought in the same restaurant but less fancy than these meals

In my country, most restaurants don't mind if you take pic and share them to socmed, some actually give you free dessert or complimentary meals if you share your shot to instagram et al

And I know a couple restaurants that paid some people to queue up outside, creating hype before they were popular...

Made paella last night for some friends. One of them took the photo. Turned out delicious, although I haven't yet mastered the method to get a nice almost-burnt tadik on the bottom.

Mmmmm, I haven't had paella with squid before. Sounds lovely.
