That's a great set up. You would laugh at my set up in the basement.

I started off with just some dumbbells and a bench for when I couldn't make it to the gym and then decided that I enjoyed working out at home more-didn't have to worry about wearing fancy gear or how you looked.

A few unfortunate injuries in the spring and summer kept me off the road and out of the gym until now. I'm actually meeting with a trainer tomorrow to sort out a new routine that will ease me back into it. I'd been slacking off in the months before the injuries, so now I really feel like I'm starting from scratch. Finding the motivation to power through the first few weeks will be difficult. Baby steps... (Or light weights and short distances!)
I read about a boxer a while back (a well-known boxer, can't remember the name) whose routine involved only doing push-ups. Hundreds of push-ups per day, nothing else. Gonna start Googling for a name.

My training is going very well - bench up to 87kg, deadlift and squat up to 100...going to bulk until the new year, then shed a few pounds. By my 30th in Feb I figure I'll look exactly like this. Maybe.
